How much is a desk at MyOffice’Al?
Membership starts at €159/month, all-inclusive. See the pricing section or send us a request — prices are subject to demand and availability.
What are the contract terms?
The contracts are termless — you pay for what you use, when you use it. Only long-term and team-room agreements require a two-month notice of leave.
Are the acoustics good?
MyOffice’Al operates similar to a library: everyone keeps the noise down in the working area. For chats and conversations people go to the café, and a meeting room is available for extended discussions. Partitions, shelves and plants provide soft acoustics.
Is a meeting room available?
Yes — one meeting room for up to 4 people, equipped with a whiteboard, big screen and flip chart. For larger groups (up to 30 people), lectures or presentations, you can use the event space or the lounge.
Is there a kitchen?
There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a coffee machine and a water kettle.
Are printers and scanners available?
Yes — members can use the printer, scanner and copier, all over Wi-Fi.
Can I safely store my valuables?
Yes, lockers are available for members.
Is there parking? What about my bike?
There is no private parking lot, but street parking is available in the area. A bike rack is provided if you prefer to cycle.
Can I bring clients with me?
Certainly — you are welcome to meet them in the meeting room or the lounge.
Can I work at night or during the weekend?
Yes — if you sign up for the additional night package, you can work outside regular opening hours.
Can I make phone calls in peace and quiet?
There are various spots for making calls without being interrupted. For long calls or teleconferences, the meeting room is at your disposal.
Is smoking allowed?
MyOffice’Al is a non-smoking environment. You can smoke outside of the building.
